A Significant Victory for Love Hemp: ClickTell client, Love Hemp becomes one of the first UK CBD brands to be nominated by the Secretary of State for a Trading Standards Primary Authority Partnership

We are now in a position to share with you the news that months of hard work has resulted in a significant Primary Authority Partnership being formally established between Trading Standards and one of our clients, Love Hemp. This partnership was nominated by the Secretary of State in September 2020.

Given the existing regulatory uncertainties such as the FSA's Novel Food Regulations engulfing the CBD industry, this partnership delivers timely tangible benefits for consumers and provides Love Hemp with critical legally binding assurances regarding compliance.
